Snapshot

Scope	On-site detailing, studio services, vinyl and paint protection, memberships, and ecommerce bookings.
Agreement	By visiting the site, booking, or purchasing a membership you accept these Terms.
Jurisdiction	New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are resolved in NSW courts unless both parties agree otherwise.

Bookings & Payments

Appointments may require a deposit; deposits are credited to the final invoice.
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-shows may forfeit deposits to cover technician travel and bay time.
Balances are due on completion or vehicle pick-up; unpaid balances incur 2% monthly admin fees.
Quotes assume disclosed vehicle condition—excess pet hair, heavy contamination, or body damage can alter pricing.
Membership billing renews automatically unless cancelled 7 days before the next cycle.

Vehicle Handover

Remove valuables before handover; ESC is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
Disclose prior wraps, resprays, aftermarket parts, or mechanical issues that could affect service outcomes.
We document vehicles on arrival and reserve the right to refuse unsafe or unsuitable vehicles.

Quality, Warranty & Liability

Our workmanship warranty covers defects introduced by ESC for 7 days after service. Notify us immediately with supporting photos so we can inspect and correct any issue.

Normal wear, previously damaged surfaces, or issues resulting from poor maintenance are excluded.
PPF and ceramic coatings include manufacturer-specific warranties; maintenance proof may be required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

Membership & Service Rules

Memberships are personal and limited to the registered vehicle unless otherwise stated.
Missed appointments count as a service unless rescheduled 24 hours ahead.
We may update inclusions or pricing; existing members will receive notice before changes take effect.

Intellectual Property & Updates

All logos, photography, copy, and training documentation belong to Empire State Customz. You may not reproduce materials without written consent. We may update these Terms; continued access indicates acceptance of the latest version.

We aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally. Email Empirestatecustomz@gmail.com with details of any issue. If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation in New York before litigation.
